The clients for this project approached us from the very beginning with the idea to purchase a block of land and build a dual dual development where they could sell one side and live in the other.

We provided feasibility studies for numerous potential sites to assess whether a dual occupancy would be permissible under a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval.

After they finally settled on this block in Concord – Canada Bay Council, we offered complete architectural design services for the construction for their dream home.

Construction of the dual occupancy completed in late 2023. One dwelling went to market and sold at auction while, the clients are now happily settled in the other.
