This project began with a clear, strategic vision: to identify a site with the potential for a dual-occupancy development that balanced financial intelligence with high-end residential design. Working with our clients from the earliest stages, we provided comprehensive feasibility studies for multiple sites, ensuring that any development on a potential property could be CDC-approved (Complying Development Certificate).
Once the ideal block was secured in the Canada Bay Council area (Concord), our team transitioned into full architectural design services. The goal was to create two distinct, sophisticated dwellings—one to be retained as the clients’ “forever home” and the other for the premium market. Completed in late 2023, the project was a resounding success; one residence achieved a strong auction result, while our clients have now settled into their bespoke new home.
