We were engaged to provide architectural services to add an additional level to a pre-existing two storey townhouse complex in Maroubra. The additional level compromised of a master suite, study room and ensuite. James Hardie Scyon Axon cladding, together with new roofing and matching window frames, and the addition of a new balcony provided the townhouses with a much needed external makeover.
