This is a recently completed renovation of an existing loft apartment in Woolloomooloo. The project involved removing internal walls and widening existing openings to create a functional, open plan living space that maximises the views of the city skyline.

Apartments are Class 2 buildings under the BCA, and any works that involve council approval will need to be designed, built and certified by a registered Design and Building Practitioner under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020. More information can be found in the below link;
