A recent completed renovation of an existing loft apartment in Woolloomooloo.
The brief
Our clients bought a dated three-bedroom penthouse with a clear goal: transform it into their dream forever home while maximising its market value.
The Solution
With dual frontages to play with, we opened up the main kitchen, living, and dining spaces to draw in natural light. Expanding the doorway created a seamless flow between inside and out, making the layout feel far more spacious and framing uninterrupted views of the Sydney skyline.
