The brief
Our clients were hunting for the perfect Concord block to knock down and build a custom duplex. Their strategy was clear: sell one home to offset costs and move into the other.
The Solution
We ran site feasibility studies to help them choose the right property before buying. Once secured, we guided them through full design and approvals for a bespoke, five-bedroom duplex—complete with a convenient downstairs guest suite. To create a lasting impression, we designed the north-facing living room with high ceilings with clerestory windows that flood the home with natural sunlight.
