The brief
With their children now grown, our clients were ready for their next chapter. They decided to knock down their old fibro home and build a luxury residence tailored for effortless living and retirement.
The Solution
We designed a refined two-storey home featuring four spacious bedrooms and an open-plan living area with impressive high ceilings. Despite a narrow 12-metre lot, adopting a CDC approval pathway we were able to build right up to against a side boundary—maximising the overall width of the home.
