The brief
Our investor client wanted to capitalise on the Low-Rise Housing Diversity Code, seeking a site in Richmond where they could fast-track a boutique terrace development through a streamlined CDC approval pathway.
The Solution
We ran site feasibility studies to help select the ideal property. Once acquired, we designed and managed the approval for the construction of four three-bedroom terraces on a 750-square-metre lot. Construction kicked off right after settlement, turning a single block into four high-yield investment properties.
