The brief
Having owned the property for years, our clients saw an opportunity to unlock its true potential. They decided to knock down the old home and build a modern duplex, creating two high-performing investment properties that now command significantly higher rental returns.
The Solution
Working with a steep slope falling away to the rear, we designed a smart, three-storey duplex approved via CDC. Each home maximizes the allowable floor area, offering four bedrooms and two rear-facing living spaces. Set against Keiraville’s lush backdrop, the design frames striking, uninterrupted views of Mount Keira from the main living areas.
