The brief
A local developer brought us in to manage the Construction Certificate phase for a boutique three-townhouse development in Thirroul. Their plan was to live in one residence while generating rental income from the remaining two.
The Solution
We delivered detailed construction documentation to bring the build to life—a layout featuring two street-facing, three-storey residences and a private detached unit at the rear. Each home includes three spacious bedrooms, open-plan living areas, and a double garage.
