The brief
Our clients bought this two-storey Central Coast home as an investment property. Their goal was to transform its awkward three-bedroom layout into a spacious, high-end holiday rental or a dream home for a large family.
The Solution
We added a stylish rear extension housing a modern kitchen, pantry, formal dining room, and an alfresco balcony. Inside, we reconfigured the entire floor plan to deliver four generous bedrooms and two light-filled living areas. Finally, a fresh facade added street appeal and seamlessly blended the old structure with the new.
